Jeannie Carpenter, the dynamic founder of Your Logistics Coach, is fervently reshaping the logistics industry with her innovative startup. WitFollowing her graduation from the University of Tennessee, where she studied logistics and transportation, Jeannie embarked on a rewarding journey in the logistics field. Her experience over the past two decades is extensive and diverse. Over that time, she created a comprehensive training program for a large 3PL, held various leadership roles in Information Technology and most recently, she led the global logistics organization for Jabil, a Fortune 150 contract manufacturer. Over the years she has gained invaluable insights into challenges and opportunities as well as solutions in the field of global logistics.

Once Jeannie achieved her career goal of running a global logistics organization, she turned her focus to helping others achieve their goals. Jeannie established Your Logistics Coach in 2024. The startup is also devoted to aiding organizations in reducing their carbon footprint by guiding them on improvements in their logistics operations and technologies. Jeannie's entire career has been dedicated to enhancing the efficiency of logistics processes and optimizing routes. However, when she couldn’t optimize her own commute, she decided to take a sabbatical to research Scope 3 Emissions, specifically focusing on the commutes of the “laptop-class” employees and the impact of these changes on the fuel efficiency of delivery/truck drivers.

Outside of her professional life, Jeannie cherishes spending time at amusement parks with her husband and three daughters. A firm believer in the power of continuous learning, Jeannie frequently invests time in keeping abreast of the latest trends in logistics and supply chain management.
